In Europe you see hundreds and thousands of bikes outside of railway stations. Simple bikes built to bring the rider to work or school. The Urban Cowboy is a Railway Bike in disguise. Matt black and understatement pure, but under the hood is a stallion rearing it’s head and ready to break out of the compound. The UC is a mountain bike in an urban scenario, it goes over potholes and not around them, it rides in the wind stream of buses and trucks, it brakes fast and rides hard. The station bike - black beautiful and bold.
The days of flash bikes are over - You are now the star.
Urban Cowboy riders...
...are loud Hawaiian Shirt and Rayban wearers with a street attitude and the kind of guy that would ride a bike in Vegas because no one else does. Blond, blue eyed babes with a work-out subscription and a push-up bra that want a bike that puts the spotlight on number one. The MTT (mass transit transportation) guru, saving money with a train card and a co2 calculator, wearing a “switch2eco” t-shirt and saving for a hybrid. Metallica fans with a beer belly and an appointment with the welfare officer who thinks they live beyond their means, but the bike will not betray them. The urban cowboy whose horse got slaughtered and the only possible replacement in the true and trusty department is a black bike that knows exactly where the next watering hole is.

- Tubing is Allegro 4130 ChroMoly-Steel, double-butted (seat tube is triple-butted), TIG-welded.
- Rear Dropouts are horizontal, 135mm spacing
- Braking with V-Brake, Cantilever or disc
- Braze ons include water bottle mounts (x2), cable routing for brakes and shifting, mounts for rack and fender
- Dimensions are front derailleur 28,6mm, seatpost 27,2mm, seat clamp 30mm
- Headset is 1 1/8’’ threadless - BB-Shell is 68mm, BSA
- Chain wheel compatibility is single, double and triple with a max. of 52 teeth
- The fork is 4130 ChroMoly-Steel, with mounts for disc brake, V-Brake or cantilever brake, mounts for low-rider rack and fender.
